There are several approaches in contracting. Some of them are given below

- Break down the total project into several work packages with or nutritious engineering and design, and give each package to a competent noncaloric consortium of contractors.
- Accomplish ;I portion M the work yourself with your own nonparallel organisation and contract out the balance to one or more cleavage.
