Similarly. managers have: to analyse environmental. What conditions in the environment will facilitate goal achievement. This analysis is known as SWOT analysis.  i.e. anal using strength. weakness, opportunity and threat. 
• The last step is to develop an effective plan for reaching goals, At this moment it is necessary to find out set of alternatives  which can meet the goals. Each alternative should be evaluated and then one which is suitable to meet the goals can he selected.
