For most of medium and large construction firms, the existing organisational structure is bureaucratic either machine or professional. Depending upon the size and work output, these can be represented. A typical organisation structure of a medium size construction firm is shown in Figure. For large construction firms, it is suitably amended by introducing more hierarchies and personnel's positions.
